This tea leaves your palate with the sweetness of jicama, a sweetness that goes all the way to your nose and makes you believe that if you start talking after you take a sip, chamomile and gardenia floats out of your mouth.
Water: 205 F (near boiling),
Steep for 1 minute.
Gentle yet rich. This Taiwanese oolong belongs to the more expensive rank because of its unique processing technique (anaerobic oxidation). Worth every cent I paid for it.
Price at Teance: $46.80 per 2 oz.
